These are the current projects at Som-Ethiopia Relief Agency LLC:

Getting a good education may be easier in some countries than others. In highly urbanized nations, getting to school can be done without so much effort – while in other less privileged countries, young learners have to travel far, climb hills and wade across shallow rivers to get to class. There are fewer books and education supplies too. Some villages don’t even have their own shelter – never mind building a school or even a small structure to gather curious young children and foster an environment for education.
This lack of resources is a common discouraging factor that has brought down the literacy of many African countries. The mere inconvenience of getting basic education has destroyed hope and crushed out the many potential skills that Somalia and Ethiopia’s youth posses. Many will say that Education is a right for everyone. However, the reality is that circumstances in underprivileged countries do not support this right. Nevertheless, Som-Ethiopia Relief Agency, LLC is alive with optimism. We have committed ourselves to speak for those who have no voices and teach those who are willing to learn. Education is, indeed, a right for everyone. As an organization, our focus is in making true to this right.
In the past, many have fought to be educated. Many of them have prevailed. We want to continue their legacy by facilitating educational programs in Somalia and Ethiopia. We build schools, provide education supplies, donate books, send volunteer educators and bring hope. We hope you join us in our quest for the Education Rights of the youth of Somalia and Ethiopia.

In a place where there is little or no defense against sickness, a simple cold can complicate. Sometimes fever can lead to infection. Unsanitary surroundings can amplify these healthcare issues too. This is why our organization advocates for the widening of the healthcare network in Somalia and Ethiopia. Our focus spreads throughout various areas of charitable work. These include:
- Helping their communities build healthcare centers
- Raising awareness and teaching local citizens about health management and disease prevention
- Promoting Medical Sciences and granting educational grants to promising students who can pursue medical education overseas – to return to their homeland and provide health services
- Allowing for access to low-cost or free medical supplies
- Developing communities to have self-sufficient operations and funding in healthcare
For many years, we have sponsored numerous medical missions and sent medical relief services to Somalia and Ethiopia. We are glad to have been successful in many of those missions but there are still many villages and local communities that we are yet to reach. We hope that your financial contribution or spirit of volunteerism will help us achieve more. Be a volunteer at Som-Ethiopia Relief Agency, LLC and join us in fulfilling our projects.

Som-Ethiopia Relief Agency, LLC has launched several projects that include a fundraising platform that strengthens the network of goods distribution to their countries. In a place where hunger is common, help is scarce. This is why we make an effort to reach their local communities and work with village leaders in bringing nutritional awareness.
Our projects are geared towards establishing an importance for nutrition in their communities. This is already an obvious issue and has been ongoing for so long. They need our help and any contribution from you will be vital. When you give, give to someone who truly needs it. This is your chance to send help and be part of the network that we establish in order to make food and nutritional resources available for our less privileged brothers and sisters in Ethiopia and Somalia.
We also integrate a sustainable means of living that will help families, especially bread-earners, to provide for their families. Som-Ethiopia Relief Agency, LLC gives light to long term impacts. We strive to, not only provide them with food today, but give them a means to continuously provide them with the food resources, channels and supply chain network that brings them the provisions/food distribution for their local community.

Som-Ethiopia Relief Agency, LLC is one of the organizations that support this. Public Health measures are important to preserve a community and prevent disease.
- Awareness – Knowing the effects and causes of an illness is more than enough to get started. We establish the importance of Public Health by bringing awareness to the community as a whole and to each family home. We start with families in the hope to change a community by educating them about public health.
- Planning – Our organization has successfully completed several projects that promote public health. This involves a lot of planning and the full-on cooperation of volunteers as well as charitable affiliates who also share our vision of progress for Somalia and Ethiopia.
- Launching Campaigns – With plans set, we launch our campaigns on public health. We hope to reach as many individuals as possible.
- Preventive Health – Som-Ethiopia Relief Agency, LLC supports the response to public health issues but we do not neglect the importance of Preventive Health. Preventive Health is an important factor in Public Health preservation. Informing community members about how they can prevent the spread of a disease. Backed by research and directed by healthcare programs, our organization hopes to achieve long-term preventive health measures with the cooperation of the community.
It’s time that we come together to seek improvements in medical treatments. Our fellow global citizens in Ethiopia and Somalia desperately need it. Make your contribution today. Help us with the fulfillment of our Public Health projects at Som-Ethiopia Relief Agency, LLC.

The funds that we collect are directly used to supply deep wells and pump heads in remote communities. Scarcity of water is a large contributor to the global issue of starvation. Many young children die from dehydration every year. By initiating the establishment of sustainable water supply systems in Somalia and Ethiopia, we hope to raise communities to a better quality of life where:
- Clean Water is available
- Water Systems are properly installed
- Proper conservation measures are established
- Maintenance and spare parts to preserve water system networks
- Awareness of water channels in coordination with public health to prevent contamination of water supplies
Many will seek help but few get their answers. We hope that you respond to this call by being a part of the projects for Clean Water at Som-Ethiopia Relief Agency, LLC.

Som-Ethiopia Relief Agency, LLC has a network of individuals who participate in this effort:
- Veterinarians
- Animal Science Experts
- Agricultural Researchers

- Unsanitary birthing centers
- Lack of medical services
- Lack of services for prenatal care
- Scarcity of vitamins and nutritional supplements
- Starving lactating mothers who are unable to produce milk for breastfeeding
At Som-Ethiopia Relief Agency, LLC, we invite you to be part of the battle against maternal mortality. You can do your part to allow for safe delivery and birth of healthy infants.

Because of the lack of medical resources and treatment services, some AIDS affected individuals substitute medication with local remedies which have little or no effect to alleviate the effects of the disease. While the global medical community is continually researching for ways to cure such disease, the rest of us can help prevent the spread of it.
Through safe sex and reproductive education, we believe that we can stop the swelling of this health issue. Som-Ethiopia Relief Agency, LLC has projects that promote better treatment services for AIDS/HIV stricken communities. We have also launched awareness campaigns that help Somalis and Ethiopians battle AIDS by promoting preventive health and early education about the disease and its effects.

For several decades already, Somalia and Ethiopia had to face strife, violence and conflict. They are struggling to build a community where food sustainability is something that they can count on.
However, like many other basic living resources, farming progress is inconsistent in these countries. There are few sources for farming supplies, seeds and irrigation that makes farms flourish. This is also one reason why starvation is a common cause of death in Somalia and Ethiopia.
At Som-Ethiopia Relief Agency, LLC, we fight this reality by mainly bringing Farming through projects that provide for water facilities, nutrition, agricultural resources, seedlings, and farming education.
Farming can be a major means of living for local villages in Somalia and Ethiopia. When we help them establish this today, we give them hope for tomorrow – that they can feed their families and reduce starvation.
